Shipping

Supplying your correct shipping address is your responsibility and we
can only ship to the shipping address that you supply via PayPal.
PayPal will not refund you any transaction fee's should you make any
mistakes in your shipping address.

Shipping
charges are automatically added to your PayPal order.
ALL items are marked as to attract as little duty as possible but in
all cases, any duty or other import charges are the customers responsibility.
If you use PayPal then we can only ship to the address provided by PayPal.
Please note that items that need to be "signed for" cannot
be shipped to a PO Box.
Shipments to a PO Box are made entirely at our discretion and we reserve
the right to refuse to ship to a PO.
If your shipping address contains a PO box you may be asked to supply
an alternative real shipping address and consequently your order may
be delayed.
If your shipping address is "unconfirmed" by PayPal we may
insist that your order is carried via courier at a greater expense.
Some destinations may incur further costs and shipping to some countries
may be refused.
The list below is correct for the majority of countries.
India; Payments are only accepted via Bank Transfer and you will
need to make your own delivery arrangements with a courier of your choice.
South Africa; Payments are only accepted via Bank Transfer and
courier service is provided at cost.

Low
value orders are sent via "small packet airmail" and carry
no tracking - if you want international tracking (expensive) on low
value items please ask before making your purchase. If your order was
low value and was shipped via small packet airmail we will have no further
information other than the date of shipping.
Small packet airmail is normally very fast and efficient but delays
can occur and orders can occasionally take up to 28 days to arrive.
Items shipped "International Signed For" and "Airsure",
are also shipped via airmail. The amount of tracking available often
depends upon the ability of the postal service in the destination country.
Items shipped via courier are normally delivered quicker and are fully
tackable. However, we cannot gaurantee shipping times and in all cases
you should allow 28 (working) days for international delivery.
Should
you wish to pay for shipping to be upgraded to courier service for faster
delivery you can contact us before we ship your order.
Customers in the US may experience delays from time to time due to "homeland
security meausres" introduced in Dec 2010.
Please
note:
The postal services may not honour shipping insurance when any non-residential
shipping address is used.
We do not accept responsibility for incorrectly supplied shipping address's.
Postal
service delivery "targets".
These targets are UK to your country, not to your address. You should
add your own country's internal delivery targets to the above and allow
for any custom delays. Although far quicker, you should allow the standard
28 days for delivery.
