[requires Adobe reader]

To view instructions online left click. To download and save, right click and select "save target as"
For the USB interfaces you should also download
the appropriate USB driver installation guide from the download page
If your not familiar with installing usb devices you can also download the Device Manager guide.

Note:
To operate CAT / Computer Logging programs you need a CAT Interface.
To operate DATA / Digital modes such as PSK RTTY SSTV etc, you need a DATA interface such as the DigiMaster MiniPRO.
Or if you want ALL DATA modes including FSK (and CW) then go for the DigiMaster PRO
You can use the MiniPRO and the PRO together with your existing CAT interface.
If you want to operate BOTH CAT and DATA at the same time using an interface all in one then you need both a combined CAT and DATA interface, such as the DigiMaster PRO+ (which does it ALL).

Instructions are here.
Please note: We do not ship instructions with your order as doing so would simply attract customs duty in the destination country.
It also helps keep prices down. Simply download and print your instructions. You need your instructions at a later time when you may not have internet access.

SUPPORT:
We get many requests for support from customers who have fallen over at the very first hurdle and it later transpires that they have simply neither read or followed the instructions. The first question you will be asked is have you downloaded and followed the instructions and have you performed any tests mentioned in the instructions ?
If your interface needs a device driver there are manufacturers device driver installation guides on this website (driver page). Being able to set up and use your PC and your software, install programs and device drivers, etc is your responsibilty. We do get many requests from those unfamiliar with PCs, for help with installing drivers so we have also provided (along with manufacturers driver installation guides) a "guide to using Windows Device Manager". A piece of Windows software that as a PC user you should already be familiar with. The guide is on the driver download page. We will of course help all we can, but we cannot support your PC (that is the job of you or your PC supplier) nor can we provide anything more than basic support for the software you use (that is the job of your software provider).
