Payments
can be made directly and securely via PayPal.
Bank
Transfer can also be used for orders over Euro 50 (or equivalent
ex shipping)
PayPal can process card payments - you don't need to set up a
PayPal account.
Warranty: All items carry a full 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated when items are used according to their decriptions and for the purpose intended.
Problems
with PayPal ? If you have problems
adding items to your PayPal basket, ensure that your purchases
are all in the same currency.
Your browser should be set to allow / accept 1st party cookies
or manually add PayPal to those accepted. Also delete present
cookies on your PC which will clear any previous selections.
(This is important if the PC has more than one user as other
users may have made selections previously). Also, reset your
web browser's 'Privacy' setting to 'Default' which will then
permit you to make purchases from this site.
If you still have problems making your purchase then send us
an email and we can send you a PayPal invoice for what you need.
Prices: Some items have several options such as "length" and the price listed is for the "standard" length as advertised and items with longer lengths may carry an extra charge. Where such options are available, the price shown is normally for the 2 meter lengths. Other lengths are higher priced to cover the extra manufacturing and shipping costs.
Post: Cheques, Bankers drafts,
Postal Orders and Imo's are also accepted (but must be made out
in £'s sterling GBP).
Payments in cash [GBP, EUR or USD] is also accepted but you must
send such payments by an insured postal service. They should be
sent to the postal address below. You can use PayPal to add your
items to a shopping basket, then simply print the contents of
the basket to use as your "order form". National and
International bank transfers can also be accepted. This procedure
normally takes between 2 and 4 days. E-mail for Iban and Swift
codes. Please note that cheques can take up to 10 days to clear.
Euro's and US dollars (bank notes only) are accepted via mail.
All "cash payments should be made via some form of insured
shipping.

emails: We get many enquiries for
assistance and we try to answer all of them as best we can. We
often spend valuable time in replying to emails only to find that
they are bounced by your server. Surprisingly, about 10% of eMail
address's supplied by PayPal are "bounced". So, if
you expect a reply ensure that your account is not "over-budget"
and that you can receive our reply.
If you use a third party spam filter that needs some form of "verification"
please ensure that you have entered such details so as to allow
our reply. If you don't get a reply,
please do not assume that we have not tried to contact you. If
you cannot receive our replies, you can try emailing via a third
party. If its really necessary, you can always email us your landline
number (no mobiles) and we will even try to call you.
