according to your order and items < £20 or eqivalent
carry a 90 day warranty, items >= £20 (or equivalent)
carry a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated). Items must
only be used according to their descriptions and for the purpose
intended. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide
the necessary and basic PC skills in order to install, configure,
and use any software (or configure and use any associated radio
equipment correctly) in order to operate any items(s) purchased
from this website.
Prices:Some
items have several options such as "length" and the
price listed is for the "standard" length as advertised
and items with longer lengths may carry an extra charge. Where
such options are available, the price shown is normally for the
2 meter lengths. Other lengths are higher priced to cover the
extra manufacturing and shipping costs.

emails: We get many inquiries for
assistance and we try to answer all of them as best we can but
please understand that we may reply with just a couple of short
lines, we don't always have the time to pad out 2 lines of email
containing the "nugget" of information you need into
4 paragraphs. We often spend valuable time in replying to emails
only to receive emails back claiming to be offended by a short
but accurate answer. Surprisingly, about 10% of eMail address's
supplied by PayPal are "bounced". So, if you expect
a reply ensure that your account is not "over-budget"
and that you can receive our reply. If you use a third party spam
filter that needs some form of "verification" please
ensure that you have entered such details so as to allow our reply.
If you don't get a reply, please do not assume that we
have not tried to contact you. If you cannot receive our replies,
you can try emailing via a third party. We do keep copies of all
emails received and sent and any email we consider to be abusive
or unwarranted will simply result in this section of this webpage
being emailed back to you.

not that we operate primarily "mail order" and so callers
by prior arrangement only.
