Thanks for your fast shipping of the serial-usb interface. I had difficulties with another brand of serial-usb with your CI-V cable I had ordered a number of weeks ago. Now, with your serial-usb and CI-V cable, everything is great. I am using HRD on a VISTA computer with an Icom 7000. No more frequency hangups (see the HRD forums under Icom for my frustrations--now solved).

May i congratulate you on a wonderful service. I ordered the USB to Serial Interface on Sunday evening and it arrived today Tuesday. The item has made my shack operate a lot smoother no conflicts on my rigs or computer many thanks again.

I just recieved the usb to serial cable and adapter after about 5 working days, and that was form UK to USA. This is about the only thing I have installed and it worked right the very first time. I guess it take a ham to make things right. I also ordered the cv-i adapter after I saw how good the serial cable set up was. Thanks again. Tony

I ordered A KENWOOD RS232 CAT CABLE for my KENWOOD TS570, came within 3 days, but due to a misunderstanding on my part.
I took a VIDEO/ MONITOR PORT for being a SERIAL PORT, so ordered USB TO SERIAL PORT RS232 INTERFACE, arrived next day.
Result HAM RADIO DELUX WORKING.
Great Produts at A Fair Price, Excellent Service, what more can I say.

Very pleasent and helpful person to meet, a well made cable (USB To Serial Cable) and works very well for my radio FT857D.
