Some items have several options such as "length"
and the price listed is for the "standard"
length as advertised and items with longer lengths
may carry an extra charge. Where such options are
available, the price shown is normally for the 2
meter lengths. Other lengths are higher priced to
cover the extra manufacturing and shipping costs.
Warranty: All items purchased via this website
are manufactured according to your order and items
< £20 or equivalent carry a 90 day warranty,
items >= £20 (or equivalent) carry a 12
month warranty (unless otherwise stated). Items
must only be used according to their descriptions
and for the purpose intended. It is the responsibility
of the customer to provide the necessary and basic
PC skills in order to install, configure, and use
any software (or configure and use any associated
radio equipment correctly) in order to operate any
items(s) purchased from this website.
Drivers:
For reliability, performance, and compatibility,
ALL our USB products use FTDI devices and FTDI drivers.
FTDI drivers are probably the simplest drivers of
all drivers to install and driver installation is
normally automatic under Windows. If windows asks
for drivers then simply allow windows to search
the net so as to obtain the latest driver version.

from the FTDI website; here.

We only use FTDI USB chips and drivers, FTDI USB
chips and drivers are used in thousands of products
worldwide and are considered one of the very best
usb chips available. We recognise that there is
a wide range in customer abilities and so (for those
that may need it) a basic guide to using Windows
device manager are provided on the instruction pages
of this website. And if you just operate a PC and
have no idea whats going on "under the hood" then
don't worry as we can do what no other hardware
provider can do, as we even offer a remote log on
service to install FTDI drivers for you (Windows
only).

are "bounced". So, if you expect a reply
ensure that your account is not "over-budget"
and that you can receive our reply. If you use a
third party spam filter that needs some form of
"verification" please ensure that you
have entered such details so as to allow our reply.
If you don't get a reply, please do not assume that
we have not tried to contact you. We do keep copies
of all emails received and sent.
